What is Dormis mouth tape for?
Mouth tape is a soft strip you place over your lips before bed. It helps keep your mouth closed so you breathe through your nose all night. Many people notice they wake up with less dry mouth, snore less and rest better.
How do the magnetic nasal strips work?
They sit on the outside of your nose and help keep your nostrils open so more air comes in with every breath. They're ideal for sleeping and also for sports. The band is reusable: you only replace the adhesives.
Can I use the mouth tape and nasal strips together?
Yes, and it's the combination we recommend most: the nasal strip opens your nostrils and the mouth tape reminds you to keep your mouth closed, so you breathe through your nose naturally all night.
Is the mouth tape safe? Does it hurt to remove?
The tape uses a gentle, hypoallergenic adhesive that comes off easily in the morning with no pain or marks. Don't use it if your nose is congested, or if you have breathing problems or sleep apnea without checking with a doctor first, and don't use it on children.
How long does each pack last?
Mouth tape: you use one strip per night, so the 30-strip pack lasts 1 month and the 90-strip pack lasts 3 months.
Nasal strips: the 15-day or 30-day kit includes the reusable band and the adhesives you need for that period.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. For hygiene reasons, the product must be unopened. See our Return Policy for more details.
